on 20 beautiful acres, conveniently loncated in Kearney, is a historic
100-year-old home with three lovely barns as well as indoor and outdoor
arenas. Mature trees line the drive of this peaceful, horse-lovers setting.

| This property is owned by Lisa Hillmer, and Lisa operates her Linden Hill Stables here, specializing in the training of the American Saddlebred horse for show and pleasure, and in Saddle Seat riding. | |||
| Lisa has life-long experience with horses, in their daily care, training, showing and in riding instruction. She has been very successful in the starting and finishing of many horses including Champion and World's Champion show horses. | |||
| Lisa has been expertly assisted for years by Sarah Track, an excellent trainer and instructor. Sarah is a graduate of William Woods University and has worked at major Saddlebred stables in Texas (Bluebonnet) and in Kentucky (Biggins Stables) as well as in California (with Ann Speck). | |||

Linden Hill Stables Services
|

| Board: Horses will be fed hay and prepared horse feed twice daily. Stalls will be kept clean and picked up daily. Fresh bedding will be provided weekly and fresh water available at all times. | |||
| Pasture Boarding: Horses that are kept in pasture have ten acres to roam and are provided fresh water, hay and prepared horse feed twice daily. | |||
| Board with Complete Care: In addition to regular board services, horses will be given a minimal exercise program and personal care (approximately 3-4 times weekly). | |||
| Training, Showing, and Riding Lessons are also offered. |
